HUMANITARIAN OUTREACH

Humanitarian outreach activities are integral to the learning process at CCHM and are scheduled for at least once per month in one of the following areas:

  • Community health clinic
  • Community health lectures
  • Community soup kitchen
  • Environmental/planting trees
  • International outreach (trips)

CLINICS FOR HUMANITY™ TORONTO

WONM Clinics for Humanity Toronto outreach clinic provides health care geared towards poor abuse women with drug addictions and emotional health challenges. Services are provided by doctors, practitioners, volunteers and senior interns from the Canadian College of Humanitarian Medicine.

DISASTER-RELIEF EFFORTS

Dear Members and Friends of WONM,

We are depending on you to participate in with monetary donation for the Haitian disaster-relief efforts.

This is a major disaster and more money will be needed to help up to three million Haitians - a third of the country's population - affected by the earthquake.

MISSION TRIP

CCHM International outreach program is in collaboration with WONM Clinics for Humanity International and WONM University Federation.

We are arranging a Humanitarian Medicine mission trip to Brazil Mid July 2010.
We are now getting contacts for consultations in a Local hospital, as well as clinics around the City of Sao Paulo.
Also a possibility of the beautiful island: IlhaBela - that you will never forget!
We are also getting the hotels for all the students and staff
